What Causes Shivering While Suffering From Diabetes And COPD?

I am a 64 year old male. Type 2diabetes, copd, high bp and frequent bladder infections. I have bouts of uncontrollable shivering that last from 10 minutes to an hour. I do not have a fever when the shivering starts but as the shivering subsides My temperature goes up for about an hour. What s up?

This type of fever occurs in Urinary tract infections, upper respiratory tract infections, malaria, viral fevers, etc. No need to worry as all the conditions are treatable, you jus need to visit your doctor and get yourself checked.
