What Causes Sharp Tingling In The Right Hand And Chest Pains?
i have sharp tingling in my right hand at night only.Its like a stinging sensation.I get light headed at any time of the day even when Im walking. Sometimes when I get up too fast. At times i get sharp chest pains that come and go like a bad case of indigestion both on my left and right hand side of my chest. I also have high blood pressure but I am diligent with my medication.

Chest pain associated with tingling or pain radiation to either arms should be promptly evaluated for ischemic heart disease or unstable angina.This can be investigated through a baseline EKG and a Treadmill exercise testing.Based on the results of which a coronary angiogram can be ordered to rule out any blood clots in the coronary circulation.Drugs like antiplatelets like clopilet and aspirin can be used in their prevention and treatment.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
