Hi,

I am sorry for the pain you are feeling.

The increased gas in your bowels is causing them to distend. The distended bowels will cause pressure on the nearby nerves causing pain.

Visiting restroom alot (diarrhea) if set recently is due to acute gastroenteritis, which explains the pain and gas you have.

The cause could be a viral/parasitic infection or food poisoning (if started after eating/drinking anything).

I advise to:
- increase water intake with oral rehydration salts (ORS)
- take tasectan or peptobismol
- start probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
- take simethicone for the bloating

If no improvement, should go to ER.
Wish fast recovery.
