What Causes Sharp Pelvic Pain During 4 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I am estimated around 3 to 4 weeks pregnant. Yesterday I had real bad sharp pain on my left pelvic area. It hurt to walk or move around. Around 3am I went to pee and noticed the pain was gone. Then I noticed I was spotting and there was a tiny red clot looking tissue in the toilet along with a pinkish clear discharge. Now I m not hurting any more and the spotting is gone. Is this normal?

Hi

I would recommend a visit to your doctor for an ultrasound examination to check on viability of your pregnancy. Nothing more than this should really be required.
