What Causes Sharp Pains In Chest Area Radiating To Neck?

i have been getting sharp pains in my chest area the pain spreads to my neck and upper arms and get real bad but the pain last only about 5 min then i am tired but can go back to what i was doing. the only reason i am asking is because today i have had this two times.

it appears to be cervical spondylosis. consult orthopedic surgeon and use neck color. donot use pillow. hot phomantation of neck andanalgesic tablet may help.
