What Causes Sharp Pain Under Right Shoulder Blade?
Hi, I woke up last week and had a sharp pain just under my right shoulder blade and when I would move my head side to side pain went down my spine. That went away after a few days with alternating heat and cold as well as ibuprofen. Today, I woke up with the same pain but on the other side of my body. Can you help me please?

You have pain in spine that is thoracic vertebrea that is radiating to shoulder. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice an xray of thoracic region. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice tab diclofenac , peracetamol, mr, cap B complex
