What Causes Sharp Pain On The Chest Area While Drinking Hot Fluids?

Hey, I have a sharp pain on my upper left side of my chest whenever I drink something hot. Also I had a heated argument recently and since then I ve been having a dull pain around the same area which has persisted. Pls do u have any ideas about what could be wrong? Thanks so much

it can be cardiac problem or hyper acidity. take ECG and consult cardiologist.take tablet omiprazol an d poly crol gel avoid taking hot tea and coffee, take bland diet avoid fast food and oily preparation as well as spicy food.
