What Causes Sharp Pain On The Back Of The Left Arm?

Hi. I have been experiencing a sharp, hot radiating pain on the back of my left arm, a couple inches above the elbow. It is not a constant pain. I will notice it some days and not others. I don't really remember when I first noticed it, but it's been a few weeks. The spot doesn't seem to be swollen or have any lumps. I am mostly curious what, other than muscle, is located on the back of the arm.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be muscular pain and it may be due to spasm if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen once in day, try to be away from the stress and it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
