What Causes Sharp Pain In The Chest While Breathing?
I get a terrible sharp pain if i breath. The pain is kind of on my side like you get a side ache but its more toward my back along the side. It also went across my chest earlier but its been in the side of my back for at least an hr. What causes this sharp pain?

Such pain is very characteristic for rib nerve pain. It may appear due to spine issue, inflammation however in most cases the reason of it remains unknown. I suggest you to take some antiinflammatory pain killers like Diclophenac and start physical therapy. If this wont help, spine MRI should be considered.
