What Causes Sharp Pain In Lower Abdomen While Suffering Moderate Diverticulosis?
Just started having sharp knife like pain in lower intestine area. Having bowel movements but looks like just small intestine. Had to take some Percocet we had. Pain is ok until I stand up and walk around. I have to push deep into my stomach to palate but when I do it is painful. Lower lower abdomen. No fever. I have moderate diverticulosis according to my colonoscopy.

The symptoms can be related to the presence of gas in the intestine which migt cause abdominal pain.
I suggest using a spasmolytic such as Buscopan for pain relieve.
If you feel bloating, I suggest using Simethicone three times a day.
