What Causes Sharp Pain In Collar Bone?

I have had a sharp pain under my right collar bone for about 3 days now. It mostly hurts when I take breaths in but is a steady constant sharp pain. Any idea what this could be and how to remedy it? I ve been taking ibuprofen and it s not really working.
