What Causes Sharp Pain In Belly Button When I Stand Up?

Hello, I am experiencing a sharp pain like a string being pulled from my belly button down to my vaginal area, When I stand up straight especially or sit upright after being bent over for a while. I don t usually eat meat but I did today, but I ve also felt this strange pain before. also whenever I drink anything like brewed tea (which I did today for the first time in a while) or hot chocolate---any sort of liquid that has a lot of things in it like if i drank a concentrate juice i bet I d feel this pain too. I basically drink only water or alcohol, have been for quite a while. But I thought some tea would be nice today and then this pain came back.
