What Causes Sharp Pain And Weird Smell Come From The Vagina After Sex?
I have had my nexplanon in my arm now for birth control for 2 months, and have been sexually active that entire time. Recently, however, I had my first session of spotting while on nexplanon (my Dr said this would happen) and my boyfriend usually cums in me during sex, and recently i have had sharp pain and a weird smell come from my vagina. I have had white discharge and I want to know whats wrong with me. Also, my right ovary (It seems like where my ovary is, might be mistaken for my appendix) Is slightly larger than the other side.

Understand your concern.
I think you are suffering from vaginal infection mostly yeast/trichomonas.
Or it may be hygiene problem.
Treatment are as follow
1. Wash your vagina with this water twice a day for two to three days with warm water
2. Apply Apple cider vinegar: it has excellent antibacterial and antifungal properties
3. Salt Bath- Wash your vagina with concentrated salt water whenever you feel the itch. This will give you great relief instantly and prevent further multiplication of bacteria.
4. Antibacterial/fungal talcs: apply candid powder
5. Keeping The Vagina Dry (Not wet, clean well)
6. Wear Loose Clothing
7. Hydro cortisone ointment
8. Boric acid suppository may be helpful
9. Probiotic tablet orally/vaginally
You should use following single dose treatment:
1. AZEE 1000 mg
2. TINI 1 G
3. ZOCON 150 mg
AVOID SEX till you get better.
