I have sharp, burning nerve pains in the upper surface of my forearms. Pain,burning is very localized and is intermittent. It comes about once every two to three weeks. Always at night, beginning at about 10:30 and lasting about 2 hours. Nothing relieves the pain. I can t sleep and must wait till the pain subsides before I can sleep again. cortisone cream has no effect.
