General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

The sharp pain you feel in your belly button area whenever you pee is indicative for possible cystitis (inflammation/infection of bladder).

I advise to run further tests as you might need prescription antibiotics/medicines:
- urine analysis
- abdominal ultrasound

Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed.

For the moment, I advise to take:
- plenty of water
- go to toilet whenever you feel the need, do not delay
- take magnesium citrate and cranberry to stabilize urine pH and subside the symptoms

Wish fast recovery!
