What Causes Shallow Breathing And Swallowing Difficulty At Night?
First, these symptoms are infrequent (once a month or so) At bedtime I will have shallow breathing, almost a feeling of suffocation. This is coupled with a difficulty with swallowing and an eventual bad taste in my mouth. This is all painless. My stomach is not irritated nor do I have any common symptoms of heartburn etc. Thanks for your time!
