What Causes Shaft Of Penis To Turn White?
i have a problem where part of the skin of my penis shaft turns white when not moist. also around the lower groin area i have same problem. when i moisten with water,it becomes hardly to notice. when this areas turns white, they are clearly elaborated on the skin. then a very thin skin pearls away from this areas. what could be my problem? please advice.
