I am 47 yrs single male When i have sex desire i started like being girl my anus becomes sensitive i start dreaming male i were bra panty and i squeeze my chest and think being naked with male I used to pretend being a girl . When i ejaculate my thinking revered for little time for 1 or 2 days. Am I gay ? I have same feeling since age of 16 , I am living in India so it is strictly prohibited so i never met a male I have strong urge to become girl but not possible What Should I do please help me Thanking you

welcome to hcm ...please see that you need psuchiatric evaluation by a qualified psychiatrist ..as you did not memtion your city i cannot recommend you name of hospital .
so please visit any medical college which is nearest to your home you will get adequate psychiatric evaluation there ...good psychiatrists are available in all major indian cities ..you can also get top advise at major institutes as XXXX ...XXXX ..please get psychiatric help and donot feel embarassed as many people get this abnormal disorientation and it is nothing to be ashamed for and psychiatric doctors are qualified to provide help in such cases also
