General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The severe wheezing with persistent mucus co-relate with the advance malignancy affecting the mucosa deeply giving persistent discharge through cellular mechanics.

The wheezing indicates trachea displacement or compression via the enlarging oesophagal mass.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
