General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Severe weakness in pregnancy is commonly felt by most pregnant women. This is because of ow blood sugar or blood pressure. Blood carries nutrients to your baby hence you may feel fatigue.

Take the medicines prescribed to you(Iron, calcium). Take food rich in protein & minerals. Take adequate sleep & rest. Stay away from anxiety & mood swings they cause stress & hence fatigue & weakness. Stay well hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
