When I have sex with my boyfriend it hurts... bad. Normally it doesn t. But I know he urinates inside me and won t admit to it. But after the bedding smells like pee and I m dripping liquid to my knees. I have a sour odor as well. I ve had yeast infections and PID before but don t think I ve smelled this before. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
What problem you are having appears to be combined infection of yeast and bacteria. Also, pain could be due caused due to lack of enough lubrication of vagina during intercourse, occuring due to infection.
Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Wash the parts with warm water and mild antiseptic solution like Savlon thrice daily.
2. Use pH balancing solution for vagina like 'v wash' regularly.
3. Apply antifungal medication like Fluconazole as vaginal pessary for 3 consecutive days.
4. Take a course of antibiotic Tablet. Metronidazole orally.
5. Apply moisturizer cream or lotion at bedtime.
6. Wear loose fitting undergarments to provide proper ventilation.
Maintain good personal hygiene. Ensure that you are lubricated properly before indulging in sexual intercourse. Urinating inside could be the cause for infections, and hence it should be strictly avoided.
Avoid indulging in sexual activities till the symptoms subsides completely. Gradually, your symptoms should subside and you should get better.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
