What Causes Severe Vaginal Bleeding After Stopping Birth Control Pill?

I have been trying to get pregnant. I was bleeding for 13 days. I had a pelvic exam done and she said my cervix was closed. Then they did a urine pregnancy test then a quantitative hcg test. Both negative. Today I had a vaginal ultrasound. They told me it was negative. Is that good. I just got off birth control four months ago. Could that explain the bleeding. It wasn t heavy bleeding about normal.

I really appreciate your concern, if it is not the conception then test result would be negative and this is not the question of normal or abnormal, and if you have asked in the sense of bleeding then it may not be normal one but it could be due to hormone changes and it might be due to hormone medicine which might have been taken by you, hope this information may helps, take care and have a nice day.
