What Causes Severe Upper Abdominal Pain Radiating To The Back And Throat?

I have upper left quadrant pain that radiates through my back and a little up my neck. It is tight when I take deep breaths and increase the pain. Last week I had tingling in my left hand but nothing radiating up my arm. I do not have any nausea or fever. I ve had this before. I m a 52 y.o. female overweight but otherwise healthy.

Hi Thank you for query.It may be due to GERD . Avoid carbonated drinks , hot spicy foods.Take chewable antacids or syrup.Take Ranitidine tablets twice daily. Consult your doctor if it does not subside.
