Hi, Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here Both vomiting and Diarrhoea are often self-limiting and have a benign cause and prognosis because your son has not been examined in these two months it is possible that his illness is caused by a Bacterial or viral infection or a type of food poisoning, indigestion or exposure to chemical toxins but because this is a chronic case there are high chances of some other chronic illnesses like food intolerance such as gluten intolerance (celiac disease), and dairy protein and lactose intolerance ,Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) , Crohn’s disease which is an inflammatory bowel disease that commonly affects the intestines Finally i would appreciate you to bring your son to dr , now ur may go for all necessary medical investigations to rule out any underlying medical condition I hope it help Thanks & Get well Soon
