Hi
welcome to HCM
Looking at your history it could be a gastric or duodenal ulcer due to stomach hyperacidity

in my opinion you should go for upper GI endoscopy or urease breath test for H. PYLORI

meanwhile have tab pantoprazole with antacids preferably syrup sucralfate
plenty of fluids and fresh juices
avoid spicy fatty and junk food

Hope this information will help you
thanks for your question
wish you good health
take care
