What Causes Severe Stomach Cramps And Pain On Right Side After Eating?

I am having major stomach cramps, they last for at least three hours. Other symptoms that accompany the cramp is sharp pains in my right side. Usually, comes two hours after eating. However, this last attacked prior to eating which concerns me. The pain has put me to my knees. My stomach swells, it is happening more frequently. What could be causing this?

Hello
Stomach pain after eating is suggestive of duodenal ulcer may be associated with acid Peptic disease
another possibility is liver and gall bladder disease like gall stone

I would advise you for few investigation like blood fro hemoglobin CBC liver function test and an upper Gastrointestinal endoscopy

You can PPI group of drugs like pantoprazole with antacids
Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food
Have plenty of fluids and fresh fruits
Avoid smoking and alcohol
