What Causes Severe Shoulder Pain And Knee Pain?

I have shoulder pain in both sholders , but more so in the right, deep in the joint. For the past 45 days I have been working on a job which requires me on hands a knees a lot, the pain started About 30 days ago,and has steadily increased till now. As I raise my arms they pop accompanied With pain, can t sleep due to the pain. I have finished that project and hope that things will now Improve. Any advice. Brent

I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be diffused pain and it can be fibromyalgia in my opinion this can be managed with Tab Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen till the diagnose the case hope this information helps.
