What Causes Severe Pain While Passing Stool?

I experience a lot of pain wen passing a stool on my anus and this has been like this for almost thee months it also becomes unbearable after eating hit hot chilli food what might be the problem pliz help this problem started after I ate very hot chill food and I have realised that if i eat a lot of veggies and less hot chilli I get much better

Hello and welcome. In your case,there seem to be a proctolgical issue such as hemorrhoids,fisure or fistula and you should do rectoscopy and proctologist exam to see if I am right and then it can be treated appropriately. more serious causes are rare in your case.
