What Causes Severe Pain On Left Side Of Head Behind Ear?
Hi, I have a medium to severe pain on the left side of my head (rather skull) in the area behind my ear. The pain is always there just gets worse when I work on the computer or read. I take brufen and aleve, which barely contains the ache.Steadily the pain is becoming worse, and i find it difficult to study and work. I had visted a chiropractioner for several sittings with no relief what so ever.

headache confined to occipital region is suggestive more of a high blood pressure, get it checked , if it comes within the normal range
next possibility is local muscle spasm that can be avoided by assuming correct posture while working
