General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You slipped and fell right on the middle of the back. Presently, you can hardly walk & have severe pain on either side of the stomach. Since you have not been to the toilet since before the fall you are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, or visit ER.

You need to get X-ray spine, and other imaging tests and investigations done to detect any internal injury, pathology that is messing up with your kidney, spleen, etc. You may need urgent medical support. To get rid of pain you can take NSAIDs, Naproxen or Combiflam, one stat when needed. Take it after food.

Take antacids for relieve in case of acid reflux or indigestion problems. Get clinically evaluated and treated at the earliest. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected and severity of the symptoms. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
