What Causes Severe Pain On Bottom Of The Feet?

I am 39 year old non diabetic male who suffers from what feels like bruised soles of my feet. The pain encompasses the whole bottom of my feet. It gets significantly better after about an hour but usually every morning I suffer. This has gone on for almost a year. Any thoughts? Thank you. Bless

I carefully read your query and understand your point of concern.

I think you are suffering from Planter fasciitis.

I managed this type of patient, Usually by the conservative treatment it will be cure.
So don't worry you will be alright with time.

My advice is-
Give rest to your feet,
Stretching exercise for planter fascia in morning and evening,
Hot and cold cpmpression especially cold compression in early morning,
Analgesic like Ibuprofen or Naproxen along with Esoneprazole or Pantoprazole.

If no improvement occur in few month then go to an orthopedic surgeon for local steroid injection or surgical intervention.
