What Causes Severe Pain In Wrist?

Yes I have a left wrist pain that I have had for several weeks now. I have noticed it when opening boxes with a box cutter but cutting away from my self because I am left handed. So turning my wrist a certain way causes great pain to the point I have to stop what I am doing?

haveyougot a ct injury?if not t can be ganglion. corpus tune syndrome. apply wrist band and take cold compression. can take tab combiflam twice daily after food. you should improve or consult ortho surgeon after taking x-ray.
