What Causes Severe Pain In Vagina During Intercourse?

Hi
Iv been having some lady issues. Due 6months check up smear after lletz treatment for cin3 abnormal cells and very worried. I have visited local gum clinic and have no ski's. Recently been treated for thrush an Bv. I get a very painful pain on the left side of my vaginal wall during intercourse making sex very uncomfortable is this related to the loop procedure?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Yes the pain could be associated with the loop procedure but I would either way recommend a visit to your doctor's office to get physically examined. I hope you have been recommended a gap to allow adequate amount of healing , but in such cases it does take a few months for sufficient recovery and returning to the pre-surgical state.
