I have had 6 plus months leg pain in my front inner upper thigh just below my groin (like deep ache). It always gets worse after I have been sitting down for about 1 hour-car , chair or plane. Sometimes it is painful at other times like at night and I lose sleep. No visible signs on redness swelling or discoloration. Had ultra sound for vein evaluation with no problem. What to do?
