What Causes Severe Pain In The Testicles After Intercourse?

i have severe pain in my testes region only after sex and also after i go shit. and when i pee,i think i am done,only to have more pee(thick),come out after i get my pants buttoned up. my dr. tested me for std,but came back negative.he then said maybe a infection of the pee tract? so i took antibiotics but it did not help.

Hi,

Your symptoms could be due to Epididymitis, prostate enlargement, prostatitis, urinary tract infection. I would suggest to consult urologist and undergo clinical rectal examination, urine culture and sensitivity test, Serum PSA, ESR, CBC, USG pelvis if needed. Specific treatment will depend on cause.

Epididymitis require antibiotic (cefuroxime) for 2-3 weeks. Prostate enlargement require Tamsulosin, Tablet Diclofenac plus Seritopeptidase for pain. Tablet Pyridium will help in micturation and bladder emptying. Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple. Take hot fomentation and frequent hot bath.
