What Causes Severe Pain In The Middle Of The Back And While Breathing?
hello I am 50 years old, I have very bad pain in my middle part of back, mostly on the left side. When breathing it hurts. Lifting my arms I have pain in the creases of my arms. I don t remember doing anything strenuous or lifting anything heavy or over exerting myself. but this pain is awful

I really appreciate your concern, it may be due to muscular spasm some time may be due to spinal disk disease pain can be managed with analgesic but underlying cause of this need to be known, if pain subsided with analgesic then it is nothing to worry and the forget about the disk disease hope this information helps.
