Have a great day dear user, and thanks for using our service in HCM.

In the left lower abdomen, we can find some organs like left kidney, descending colon, sigmoid colon, rectum, ureter, and some arteries, veins and nerves.

If you have dysuria (itching when you feel burning urination), fever or other symptom, it can be an Urinary infection. which causes sometimes renal or nephritic colic. Other afections like Renal lithiasis can cause pain in the lower part of the abdomen, and pain can refer to lower back in the same side, other symtomps like fever and hematuria can appear too.

If this is the case, you should do an urinary test, even urocultivo, and after confirming it, take antibiotics, antispasmodic, C Vitamin and PBI (to protect gastric mucous membrane). Antibiotics includes, Sultamicilina, Amoxicilina, nitrofurantoine, and others. It depends on test results, and urocultivo.

However, If pain is accompanied by abdominal distension, diarrhea and gas, it can be any part of colon, in that case, an stool test is indicated, medication as prokinetics, antispasmodics, and probiotics could be useful.
