What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Back?

Hi I m suffering with pain in my left lower side it moves round to the right and it s every few minutes. Out of a scale of 1 to 10 id day an 8 at it being very painful I can hardly move, do you have any ides of what it could be I don t want to go to the hospital if it s not serious

it can be due to trauma or any unusual weight lifted..as there is no adequate history, we can assume it to get better with some non steroidal antiinflammatory analgesic ..avoid lifting weight and bending for few days and have diclofenac sodium twice daily for 3-5 days..if u still feel pain, consult a doctor..
