What Causes Severe Pain In The Lower Abdomen?
I just saw you were A Doctor online a yes.I just started having severe in my right lower stomache area. it is really painful and when i touched my stomache i got severe PAIN which cought me off guard. because when that pain hit an it almost fell to floor when that pain hit.an its on my Right side. i still have that very bad pain in my stomach.and the pain is still there. what i feel is like I think it has to do with my Appendix

Yes you are right, take an ultrasound and confirm whether it is an inflamed appendix which hurts you. If so, the best treatment is surgery.
Sometimes you may have fever and vomiting. If not appendix then your ovaries and uterus can be the cause for the pain.
