General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms are more likely suggest the possibility of spastic dysmenorrhea. It is quite common among young females. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Mefenemic acid for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persists, better to consult a gynecologist and get an ultrasound scan done for further assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
