Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi... I am a female 34 years old and and for the past 3 days m I have had basically non stop quad pain... in both legs. Do u know what this could be? It’s really painful . And I haven’t been to the gym in a super long time or injured myself in anyway and I’m not due for my period.
Most probably it is due to some nonspecific muscle pain, nothing much to worry about it. As a first line of management you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Diclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, you can consult a physician and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
