What Causes Severe Pain In The Legs And Arms?

My vitamin D3 is 13.8. I think it is too lowand for that my Doc. asked me to take vitamin D3 caps. In the same test my white blood cells count is 3.8 I am having pain in the legs and arms. My Dr. asked me to see a hematologist. Is it any serious matter?

A total WBC count of 3.8 is not that bad to consult a hematologist if other parameters are normal as its normal range is from 4_11you need to repeat CBC and continue Vitamin D supplements
