Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

After going through your medical details I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that pain after lifting heavy object happens most likely because of muscle spasm.

You can take some muscle relaxant available over the counter for 2-3 days and do heat fomenting. If that is not helping then kindly consult a physician or orthopedician for physical and diagnostic evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhanu Partap, Cardiologist
