Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I awoke yesterday to a pulsating throb in my left arm. It started out infrequent and progressed as the day went on. Today it is the same, however more frequent pain and it hurts to use my arm to open or lift anything, or reach. It feels heavy. I did not injjre myself in any way that I recall. I am also experiencing blurred vision.
With such a presentation in my clinic, I would first rule out [angina]by doing a physical examination and to confirm it you need [ECG/ECHO/ANGIOGRAM] and treatment depends upon exact findings.
Hope that helps
