Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe pain in jaw and neck which could be due to bruxism, heart problem like angina, malocclusion, cervical spondylosis and could be due to TML problem like ankylosis and TML disc problem.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult oral surgeon once for proper examination and may order CT scan or MRI of TMJ to confirm the diagnosis. Doctor may also recommend physical therapy along with stretching exercises. You should eat soft food and avoid intake of any hard food substances from that side. Apply warm compresses to TMJ and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain. You should take muscle relaxant exercise as well.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
