What Causes Severe Pain In The Hips?
I have every once in a while my hip flexor would pull and feel a sharp pain and then would go away. Now it does it more frequently and Friday I woke up with a very sore lower back pain on the left side where it is uncomfortable to sit or lay. Standing is fine.

You should have mri imaging on your back to exclude disc prolapse,,on the other hand take analgesics to relieve this pain, if mri show nothing ,so its just inflammation in the muscles...
