What Causes Severe Pain In The Head On The Right Side?

I have an intermittent pain in my head on the right side and my right thigh is now painful. I have had intermittent laryngitis for 8 weeks and am presently on medical leave. So I am sitting and relaxing more than normal. I am seeing an ENT for laryngitis.

Hi,

The classic symptoms of appendicitis include dull pain near the navel or the upper or lower abdomen that becomes sharp as it moves to the lower right abdomen.

This is usually the first sign, but it occurs in less than half of appendicitis cases. Nausea or vomiting soon after abdominal pain begins.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Monish De, Oncologist
