Hello,

As this should be related to the lack of fluid in the eardrum. This happens in some people who are diabetic and also have Hypertension.

Doing vestibular rehabilitation exercises will help improve the symptoms. Also, doing gargling, facial muscle exercise will also play an important role in helping this issue.

As the fluid is getting stuck due to one or the other reason it is always good to take help of the muscular system to provide correction.

In my clinical practice of over 12 years, few cases have had similar complains and they have responded well to exercise and vestibular rehabilitation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
