What Causes Severe Pain In The Chest Between The Breasts?
I ve experienced on an intermittent basis (approximately 2 times per month over the past 4 months) a pain or heavy feeling in the center of my chest between my breasts, associated with a heavy feeling in both arms above the elbows. It occurs in the early morning hours and lasts a few minutes and then I m fine.

It would have helped to know your age, please always mention the basic details from next time onwards. If you are above 40-45 years of age, then I would recommend a visit to an orthopedic doctor to look into your bone health (especially spine and xiphoid process), and if not a general physician consultation would also do.
