What Causes Severe Pain In The Back And Buttocks?

Hi and thank you in advance. I am 45 yrs old. 2 months ago I had bleed stroke and I have minor deficit s. I have been experiencing severe back/buttock pain. Possible degenerative disease from 2 herniated discs I have. I have also been dealing with Sciatica pinched nerve on right side. Ok so today I have been experiencing a lot of twitching every where and I feel like I am in a deep fog. Like if I was to be doped up from pain killers or something. Which by the way I am not on. Also at 5:00 am today I get out of bed to go to the bathroom and I had no control over my bladder which has never happened to me before. Any ideas what is going on now

Hi,

As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
